My barista course today with Simon was excellent.I learn a lot about coffee how important is the preparation from grinding the coffee .and to extract the most
Tasty and aromatic value out of the coffee beans.and if you have an expert trainer like Simon you will achieve all that.I have a long way to go yet but I’m glad
I have took part on today’s gorse and understand what coffee is all about.
I like to thank Simon for explaining all the technical preparations.
