Simon was an excellent teacher with lots and of experience, he was able to give broad good practice, as well as nuanced advice on things he delved deeper into. I would recommend anyone looking to start in hospo take up this course to get the basics down.
If you want to learn about the art of making the perfect coffee then definitely book a course with Genovese. Simon was friendly, patient, extremely knowledgeable and just so happy to share his passion for coffee. A fantastic course - very well run. Absolutely worth it! Thank you Genovese!!
