Simon made a five hour course so easy going! Learnt a lot, down to earth and efficient. Appreciate his contangious passion for coffee! I would recommend this course to anyone who wants to have some very good first steps in proper coffee making. Keep it going!
Simon is a very experienced barista who was able to tailor the course to the skill level and experience of the course participants, from absolute beginners to the more experienced. He took the time to clearly and succinctly answer each question posed and made everyone feel comfortable and relaxed. The range of topics covered included preparing silky microfoam, tamping, correct doses, grind settings, machine maintenance and preparing consistently great quality coffee.
