Amazing training , our Club staff were trilled and excited to get there hands on the Espresso machine when they came at work .Mr.Simon James did a great job and is reflecting in the cup of coffee that we are serving to our guests , Thank you Genovese and Thank you SImon !!!
This was a wonderful training experience. Simon was knowledgable and thorough but paced the training well to suit participants. The environment is relaxed and makes the participant feel at ease. Small groups, hands on practice and enough theory to underpin the process of making coffee. Highly recommended.
