AN AMAZING COURSE, IN JUST 4 HOURS WE LEARNED ALL THE TRICKS ON HOW TO MAKE THE PERFECT COFFEE. ON TOP OF THIS WE LEARNED HOW TO MAINTAIN OUR COFFEE MACHINE AND HOW TO ADJUST SETTINGS ON THE MACHINE TO GET THE BEST OUT OF IT. THANK YOU TO GENOVESE FOR HOSTING US AND IN PARTICULAR SIMON FOR HIS PASSION AND INSIGHT INTO BEING A BARRISTA AND ENABLING US TO HAVE THE CONFIDENCE TO CREATE A GREAT COFFEE EXPERIENCE FOR OUR CUSTOMERS.

I attended the Barista basics course and it was a great experience. Simon is a true gentleman and quite knowledgeable and willing to share his experience and knowledge. He spent extra time to answer my questions and help me to choose the right courses/pathway based on my requirements and avoid spending time and money on the ones that may not serve me well. Highly recommended.

Simon is amazingly knowledgeable about all things coffee. He knew everyone's espresso machine and grinder and their particular quirks.
Although we haven't yet tweaked our brew at home to the standard we made under Simon's eagle eye, we are closing in on it and have a good idea of the required adjustments. This morning's was my best yet.
