The Barista class was very professional, informative, and flowed step by step. Simon explains everything so well and covered all aspects. Excellent hygiene practices, fun class, great coffee at the end. Above and beyond my expectations, I would highly recommend to anyone. Also you don’t have to travel to the city a big bonus, parking available.

This was such an amazing course and I was taught so so much. I am so thankful for the Simon for teaching us and making the course so enjoyable and fun whilst learning tips and tricks here and there. He really encouraged us and made us not afraid to make any mistakes and helped us along the way. He was very organised and had a PowerPoint and booklet and went through all the details. I would recommend anyone doing this course to bring a notebook and pen so you can write down information as there is in fact quite a lot of information. I learnt so much and had hands on practise just going through the steps and it was so awesome. Highly recommend this to anyone interested in coffee or wants to learn about it!

I really enjoyed this interview, and I felt that I learned a lot. I have now acquired lifelong skills and lessons, and I cant wait to get more involved with the industry of coffee. This was an amazing course that I would recommend to many people of all ages.
