I attended the barista course and found it very informative and educating. Simon was an excellent trainer and his knowledge of coffee and barista skills were incredible.

Really enjoyed the course which included lots of interesting facts. The small class size was really good and meant that we all received some one on one instruction which was tailored to our specific needs (what we were having difficulty with).
