The instructor seemed quite proud of the company he represented. The lesson was definitely informative and clear. The individual attention we received was very beneficial, along with being able to practice with no pressure. Thank you
I had the privelege of being the sole student in my Monday afternoon Intro course. Not because of lack of bookings, but because I would have otherwise been in a group of six other students, who were co-workers. Simon, the trainer and a complete professional, thought that it was better to re-organise.
I found the course stimulating and very well organised, and Simon an excellent trainer.
I highly recommend this course to anyone thinking of getting some barista training. Simon is focussed on our learning the basics properly. He is patient and dryly witty. He is an excellent teacher.
Highly recommended!
Another great training session from Simon and the team at Genovese.
Iluka is a 14 year old up and coming barista who made great coffees all weekend at Rollo's kiosk, St Kilda beach thanks to his guidance from the experts at Genovese.
Thanks team
